String Teacher Resources
The ASTA-OK Chapter is proud to partner with the Oklahoma Music Educators Association to maximize the connections between the private studio and public school teachers. Begun in the fall of 2016, the Oklahoma String Teacher Resources is a centralized location to allow teachers to share resources. Whether new to Oklahoma, new to the profession, or a career teacher just looking for a new angle, this resource includes handbooks, documents, test form ideas, and much more.

Through your ASTA membership you have the benefit of using the national career center when looking for your next employment opportunity. Occasionally the board also receives requests to share openings with our members. To continue to better serve our local members we are looking to create a space where employers can reach qualified candidates more easily.
